You have 10 minutes. Can you really meditate in that time?
Yes. It is enough for a meaningful practice.

10-Minute Routine
Minutes 1-2: Sit, close your eyes, 5 deep breaths. Relax shoulders and jaw. Minutes 3-8: Observe natural breathing. Feel the air coming in and going out. When the mind wanders (it will), return without judgment. Minutes 9-10: Expand awareness -- sounds, sensations. Open your eyes slowly.
Important Tips
- Use a timer -- so you do not keep checking the clock
- Same place, same time -- the brain creates associations
- Do not judge the session -- there is no "good" or "bad" meditation
- Consistency > duration -- 10 minutes daily beats 1 hour sporadically

Is It Enough?
For daily maintenance, yes. For deeper development, try gradually increasing to 15-20 minutes.
The best meditation is the one you do. Start with the basics and build your habit.
