6. Integrations with Meta APIs (Instagram and Facebook)
The organization operates the official channels @vedanta.soma and @festivaldevedanta on Instagram, and uses official Meta APIs (Instagram Graph API) to manage these channels. When you interact with our official channels, we may access:
- Your public username
- Content of public comments made on our posts
- Content of direct messages (DMs) you send us
- Aggregated engagement metrics (without individual identification)
We do not access data from private accounts, follower lists beyond our own accounts, or any information outside the official channels.
Automation in customer service: some direct messages may receive an initial response generated by an automated system trained by the editorial team, always with human review before sending. You can request strictly human-only support by replying “human” to any message, or fully opt out of automated replies by writing “stop”.
Retention: DM content and social interactions are kept for 90 days after the last interaction for service quality analysis, then deleted. Early deletion requests can be made at vedanta.com.br/en/data-deletion.
