Accumulated karma — the total stock of past actions not yet fructified
Sañcita karma is the totality of actions (and their consequences) accumulated over countless lives that have not yet fructified. It is like a storehouse of seeds. At the moment of self-knowledge (ātma-jñāna), all sañcita karma is destroyed — like roasted seeds that can no longer germinate.
