Union — the means to recognize your true nature
Yoga is not physical exercise — it is the means of union with your true nature. In the Vedānta tradition, there are three main yogas: karma-yoga (action with an attitude of offering), bhakti-yoga (intelligent devotion), and jñāna-yoga (direct knowledge). The three are complementary and lead to the same result: mokṣa. The Bhagavad Gītā is the central text that integrates these paths.
