You have 10 minutes. Is it really possible to meditate effectively in that time?
Yes. It's enough time for a meaningful practice.

10-Minute Script
Minutes 1-2: Sit down, close your eyes, 5 deep breaths. Relax shoulders and jaw. Minutes 3-8: Observe natural breathing. Feel the air entering and leaving. When your mind wanders (it will wander), return without judgment. Minutes 9-10: Expand attention — sounds, sensations. Open your eyes slowly.
Important Tips
Use a timer — so you don't keep looking at the clock Same place, same time — the brain creates association Don't judge the session — there's no "good" or "bad" meditation Consistency > duration — 10 minutes every day is worth more than 1 sporadic hour

Is It Enough?
For daily maintenance, yes. For deeper development, try gradually increasing to 15-20 minutes.
The best meditation is the one you do. Start with the basics and build your habit.
