Guided meditation for healing is a delicate topic. We need to be honest about what meditation can and cannot do.

What Meditation Can Do Reduce stress and anxiety (scientifically proven) Decrease chronic inflammation (studies show cortisol reduction) Improve sleep quality Indirectly strengthen the immune system Help with chronic pain management
What Meditation CANNOT Do Cure diseases alone Replace medical treatment Eliminate tumors or infections

Anyone who promises "healing through meditation" as a substitute for medicine is being irresponsible.
The Honest Approach Meditation is a powerful complement to health treatment. The body heals better when the mind is at peace. Chronic stress hinders healing — meditation reduces stress. The logic is simple.
Recommended Practice Daily 15-20 minute sessions are the minimum recommended for therapeutic benefits.
Sit or lie comfortably Progressively relax each part of the body Focus on your breath — inhale calm, exhale tension Visualize health and vitality without forcing End with gratitude for the body you have
In the View of Vedānta Vedānta does not promise physical healing. It promises something greater: freedom from identification with the body. When you know you are not just the body, the disease still needs treatment — but the psychological suffering about the disease drastically diminishes.
